How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Homeowners who reach Communityreceiving Septic should get a fair and honest experience. If that did not happen, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Communityreceiving Septic
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Know the limits, though. Communityreceiving Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@communityreceiving.property and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what outcome you want from us
What Happens Next
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
